We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance, including shops, water fountains, and restaurants. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the reception to the breakfast room, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The spa and wellness center provided a great range of treatments, including massages and a steam room. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The dining area was a bit small, with not enough beds for all the guests to lie down. However, the staff did their best to sort out any issues we had.

Big bed, large bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of food.

Great location if you want to check out the Mill Colonnade. the vibe here is really cozy and comfortable, feels like a home away from home. 🌟

Located in the heart of a popular spa area, Dvorak Spa & Wellness offers a central location with easy access to restaurants and thermal springs. Guests can enjoy hikes to surrounding forests with stunning city views right from the hotel. The comfortable beds, nice view, and professional staff at reception are definite advantages. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities like a big swimming pool, A/C, soundproof windows, and reliable internet connection to enhance the stay.

The hotel falls short in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, as some guests reported issues with the plumbing system, including a badly designed shower drain and brownish water.

Big room, all in all had real good stay.

The location was stunning, near Town Theatre. Moreover, it's near play facilities for the kids, DVORAK SPA and WELLNESS centre and a spacious and comfortable restaurant. The room we had included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

Nothing it was perfect.

It has ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, incredible setting, not far from the center of the old history smelling Carlsbad, the promenade, and the river near to a large number of restaurants and attractions. Again, Market Colonnade is easily reachable. The rooms are elegant and brand-new, with comfortable decoration. There is an electric kettle and glassware.

During our stay at this hotel over the Christmas holidays, we were pleased with two key aspects. the hotel had a convenient location right in the heart of the spa area and within walking distance to all the major tourist sights. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the festive atmosphere. the hotel had a lovely indoor pool and sauna, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the hotel lobby bar featured live piano music, creating a charming ambiance.

There were a couple of aspects that we did not find satisfactory during our stay. we were surprised to learn that parking had to be reserved separately in advance, which was not clearly communicated prior to our arrival.

It was in an excellent and fantastic location with Mill Colonnade nearby. Moreover, the area was beautiful.
